A fire that broke out at Panthers head coach Ron Rivera’s home on Monday morning has been ruled as "accidental," according to Charlotte Fire Department Captain Rob Brisley. Fire officials say the two-alarm fire started just before 4 a.m. at Rivera’s home on Heydon Hall Circle in south Charlotte. Fire crews reported seeing heavy smoke and fire coming from the house when they arrived. There was water and minor smoke damage to the roof and attic area of the home, Brisley said.
