Cheyenne Hail Damage Could Reach Millions
Monday, July 18th, 2011 Auto PropertyDamage from the thunderstorm that dropped golfball-sized hail on Cheyenne is expected to reach into the “tens of millions,” according to the insurance industry. The executive director of the Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association, Carole Walker, said that the damage was so high partly because last Tuesdays storm hit during rush hour when so many cars were on the road or in parking lots.
