Cleaning Up after Flash Floods

Instead of celebrating this Independence Day some people in one Luzerne County community are cleaning up the mess Mother Nature left behind after Sunday night’s downpours. Heavy rains fell Sunday night in Plymouth, flooding roads and damaging homes. Mud and rocks littered roads and debris was scattered everywhere. Officials said more than 100 homes were damaged by the flash floods.
