Cleanup Underway After Deadly Ohio Flash Flooding

Cleanup is underway in Brown County where a pregnant mother and her two children were killed when their mobile home was swept away in a weekend flash flood. Victoria Kennard, 32 and Gabriel Barrios, 7, were found dead Sunday morning after water from the Red Oak Creek lifted the mobile home from its foundation. Family members at the scene identified Kennard and said she was six months pregnant. Crews searched for Kennard’s missing 3-year-old daughter, Grace Barrios.
