A national survey that was recently taken indicates that a growing number of homeowners are now becoming concerned over the threat of mold. In Texas alone, over 40,000 claims have been filed for mold-related cases within the last five years. The survey indicates that one in four adults said they have either experienced a problem with mold in their home or they know someone who has, and 65 percent of respondants said their number one concern with mold is the health risk to themselves and their families.
