Fewer than 200,000 customers remained without electricity last night after last Thursday’s ice storm. Progress was being made, but authorities warned it will still be several days before power is back for everyone. Matt Chagnon, a spokesman for Public Service of New Hampshire, said his utility has never had more people in the dark.
