Investigators are trying to identify a trucker who died and track down family members after a fiery crash involving two tractor trailers along I-26 in Laurens County. Two tractor trailers collided around 2 a.m. Friday near mile marker 56 in the Clinton area, troopers said. Troopers said one of the trucks caught fire after the crash. The chemicals and water firefighters used to extinguish the fire froze on the roadway, troopers said, prompting emergency responders to close that section of the interstate.
