About 300 homes and businesses in two Nebraska towns have been damaged by flooding in recent days, but some towns that officials had been worried about remained dry Tuesday. In Schuyler, about 200 homes and businesses were damaged, although most of the flooding was limited to basements and none of the buildings were expected to be total losses, officials said.
