
Heavy, quick rains have caused dangerous flooding across Oklahoma early Thursday. More than four inches of rain hit Oklahoma City in a hour to 90 minutes span, forcing multiple road closures and water rescues. The Oklahoma City Fire Department reports that they responded to 81 incidents between 10 a.m. and noon. Of those incident 22 were water rescues. Firefighters say they have not received any reports of injuries or fatalities. Police were forced to close several roadways due to flooding.
