A decades-old tree destroyed a Maryland Transportation Authority police cruiser parked in Middle River.
The five-story tree was brought down by high-speed winds from the severe storm that swept through Maryland Monday. A neighborhood on Glouchester Court in Middle River said no one was injured by debris although the tree “practically cut the cruiser in half.” The man asked to not be identified. The tree also caused structural damage to some of the nearby townhomes.
