State investigators have arrested a Knightdale man on charges he filed a false insurance claim for a stolen vehicle. William Henry Bullock, 64, of 417 Three Sisters Road, Knightdale, was arrested at his home just after noon Nov. 6 and charged with one count of obtaining property by false pretense. He was held under $2,000 bond. Bullock is accused of falsely reporting his Ford Mustang as stolen, filing a fraudulent insurance claim with GEICO Insurance Co. and accepting about $4,600 in settlement.
