An apartment building under construction caught fire in Mineral Wells, west of Fort Worth. The fire started shortly before midnight Tuesday in the 1500 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. Firefighters from eight departments were called in to battle the flames. The siding on the Meals on Wheels building next door melted. The flames also caused grass fires. There were no injuries, but the complex is a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
