Holes in the bricks are just some of the issues plaguing Sullivan’s Island Town Hall. "It was built in 1903 and it’s been through a number of hurricanes since then. And, it’s probably long overdue for a good cleaning," said Andy Benke, town administrator for Sullivan’s Island. The 108-year-old building is suffering from water damage, mold and rodent infestation.
