The Montana legislature will hear bills this week related to bad faith and auto body repair legislation that could drastically affect the state’s insurance market and insurance consumer costs. The Senate Business, Labor and Economic Affairs Committee will hear the following bills this week, and PCI is working to help inform lawmakers on the true costs of these measures for the state’s insurance consumers.
