None hurt in Rio Rancho home explosion
Tuesday, May 28th, 2013 PropertyA house in Rio Rancho is nearly leveled to the ground after an explosion Monday morning tore through its walls. Fire officials say it appears no one was hurt. Just before 7 o’clock Monday morning, Rio Rancho fire officials say they received calls to 911 of a possible house explosion. When firefighters arrived at the house, the roof had already collapsed and the structure itself was fully engulfed in flames. The home is near Southern Boulevard and 6th Street in southeast Rio Rancho. The house is a total loss.
