Oklahoma Man Charged with Workers’ Comp Fraud

A Lindsay man has been charged in Cleveland County District Court with submitting a false workers’ compensation claim.Justin Charles Bagley, 35, is accused of trying to collect benefits for an injury he claimed happened on a construction job in 2012. State investigators claim Bagley broke his hand in a bar fight about a week before the alleged accident at the construction job site. State Attorney General Scott Pruitt authorized filing the charge against Bagley on Oct. 1 based on findings of a lengthy investigation.
