A Pennsylvania state legislator wants to add the state to a growing list of states that protect the fast food industry from lawsuits where consumers blame the restaurant chains for making them obese. Although no lawsuits have been filed in the state so far, Republican Douglas Reichley said he introduced the bill to protect the state’s food and agricultural industries. Reichley states that he does not believe these industries should be sued for "making food that tastes good."
