Police said an insurance claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual filed a phony stolen motor vehicle report instead of paying a high repair bill on her car. Celina Garcia also collected nearly $7,400 from Liberty Mutual for the false theft claim she filed with her own company after abandoning her 2001 Nissan X-Terra in a Derry, N.H. auto repair shop. Celina Garcia, 34, of 207 Walnut St., Lawrence, was recently charged with auto insurance fraud, larceny over $250 and filing a false police report.
