The National Insurance Crime Bureau on Wednesday reported the number of "questionable" insurance claims in Colorado has risen by 6 percent over a two-year period. The report by the Des Plaines, Ill.-based organization, which can be downloaded here, counted the number of claims member insurance companies referred to NICB for a closer look because of an indicator of possible fraud.
