Raging House Fire In West Fargo Damages Neighboring Homes

Friday, April 20th, 2018 Property Subrogation

One home was destroyed and two others heavily damaged from fire Thursday night in West Fargo. Dark smoke could be seen for a couple of miles as the fire quickly burned through the home at 580 22nd street east and spread to the homes on both sides. West Fargo Fire Chief Dan Fuller says it appears that the fire started in the rear of the house and traveled through the house and exposed to both houses on either side. Upon arrival crews put defensive fire tactics in place to control exposure and damage to the other two houses, salvaging what they could. No one was hurt but serious damage with one house being a total loss and the house to the north may be a loss as well.
