This hurricane season will be busier than average but slightly less hectic than meteorologists predicted in May, according to a leaked version of the latest forecast from Colorado State University researcher William Gray. The forecast calls for a total of 15 named storms this season, according to a report disseminated Thursday on hurricane-related Web sites.
