The only way Cedric Reed could get back into his flooded apartment and grab clothing and other necessities is if he got a boat ride from Coppell firefighters. He says his fiancee called him Saturday morning with an urgent message to come home. "Hurry up, water is coming in. I said, okay, I'll get some pottery and block it out, and she said no, it's coming in the apartment. I came back and water was everywhere. I said, it's time to go," says Reed. Audrey Stewart's apartment also went under water. She says it's happened twice.
