Florida regulators have rejected another insurers request for rate hikes. Eight subsidiaries of The Hartford Group, including Twin City Fire and Hartford Midwest, were told by the Office of Insurance Regulation on Wednesday that proposed increases averaging from 22 percent to 32 percent are not actuarially justified.
