The Division of Workers’ Compensation in Texas just posted their rulebook on medical billing supplement for 2009 online. There are several rules that have been amended. The supplements will be identified by a number reflecting the year and the number of supplements for that year. Generally, the supplements will be published prior to the rule(s) becoming effective, but the effective date for each rule will be listed. You will be instructed to replace the full chapter in which changes occur.
