High winds caused property damage and knocked out power to thousands of homes here Super Bowl Sunday. Hundreds of homes received varying amounts of damage to roofs, fences, storage sheds and other structures. Patio furniture and pretty much everything else not nailed down whirled about neighborhoods in a weird "Wizard of Oz" re-enactment.
