We wanted to take this quick opportunity to remind our subscribers about a few of the recent additions and updates to Claims Pages that could possibly make your job as a claims professional just a little bit easier.

First up, our brand new Weather Alert Archive began archiving every single weather alert issued by the National Weather Service on June 1st and we’ve already databased over 280,000 alerts across the country. Now that Hurricane Barry has passed, this tool will be very useful in finding and confirming exact times and locations for flood watches, warnings, and advisories across the region.

Secondly, we want to remind everyone about the 2019 refresh of our very popular Personal Property Depreciation Guide that suggests life expectancy and depreciation rates for individual items in a variety of categories such as appliances, bedding, clothing, and furniture. The 2019 update brought in multiple new categories and items on top of a beautiful redesign.
