"The core of how we’re different … is that we actually encourage people to be entrepreneurial. We encourage people to be creative. Most of the law firms don’t encourage it. In fact, they don’t like it," said a QPWB Managing Partner, Eric Boyer. This unique approach has helped QPWB attract top talent and develop a diverse team that is unmatched in both size and scope when compared to other firms.

From a humble start in a founding partner’s garage, to five Florida-based locations, to over 30 offices located and admitted in nearly 40 states and territories, and 400 attorneys, QPWB has grown become the largest women and minority owned law firm in the United States.

QPWB’s innovative culture has also enabled the firm to adapt and pivot quickly in response to new ideas and opportunities. "Our ability to be able to decide and move quickly on something and set something up is what separates us," added Edward Prieto, a Founding Partner of the firm.

The firm’s reputation for diligent and tireless work make it a formidable opponent in the legal arena. "When they know that we’re on the other end of a case, they know that it’s not going to be easy for them to get a verdict, and that it will cost a lot of time, money, and work. With 25 years under our belt, the firm has realized the goal of longevity and is making the investment to continue forward as an industry leader and innovator. With this in mind, the firm has added numerous new divisions and practice groups, diversifying our capability and staff. In the first quarter of 2023 alone, the firm has added: GenCo Legal® - a subscription personal counsel model, a trucking division, transactional division, immigration division, and intellectual property practice.
