Charles Taylor, the leading provider of services and technology solutions to the global insurance market, today launches Charles Taylor Specialist Investigation Services (SIS), to enable our clients to deliver an intelligence-led approach to counter fraud, manage risk and reduce their exposures. As a multi-sector investigation division, it draws on the Group’s decades of experience in handling complex technical cases, including fraud risks, all over the world, ranging from a multi-million-pound art theft to open source and social media profiling, across all lines of business. It will utilise bespoke, market-leading technology through Charles Taylor InsureTech, to develop innovative counter fraud identification and investigation tools. The new division will be led by the recently appointed Global Head of Fraud, Bobby Gracey.
