Bullseye Adjusting & Associates, LLC is excited to name former Universal North America Claims Administrator and Catastrophe Manager, Kristy Arnhart as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and part owner. Kristy of Sarasota, FL will be joining the team this month after 12 years of dedication to Universal North America.
The mission at Bullseye is to reduce cycle time and increase policy retention. Coming from a carrier, Kristy knows the importance of these metrics and knows how to better these metrics for our carriers.

As a small IA, I know Kristy sees the vision that I have, and has the skills necessary to take Bullseye to the next level,’ said Robert Ballard, Founder & CEO of Bullseye. ‘I have nothing but the highest respect for Kristy and am excited to empower a female leader in a male dominated industry.’
As Kristy joins Bullseye she will be leading all business development opportunities, daily and catastrophic claims best practices, and contract negotiations. Arnhart says ‘I am delighted to begin this new journey with Robert. The foundation that he has set in place provides an incredible platform to continue to build from. As the industry continues to change, we need to be proactive in our development to meet the needs of our carriers. As the regulations change, we adapt to exceed expectations.’
Over the course of her career Kristy has obtained 9 state adjuster licenses, perfected claims system management, and ran catastrophic operations for storms such as: Matthew, Irma, and Michael. Kristy earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University -- Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University.
