New Study Points to Artificial Intelligence as the Next Frontier of Insurance

The Coalition Against Insurance Fraud and Shift Technology plan to release new research on Wednesday detailing the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (A.I.) tools by the insurance industry to fight fraud. The Coalition will host "All in on A.I.?"-- a virtual panel discussion- at 3 p.m. on September 30th to discuss the study's findings and explore the implications this massive technological shift will have on regulators, consumers, and insurers.
