These past few months have been demanding for many. Timber Warriors has been working around the clock, which we know is a direct reflection of the turmoil many have experienced and the vast devastation that has occurred. As we were nearing the end of Hurricane Irma, Maria developed and severely impacted the Caribbean — Puerto Rico took the brunt of the storm. Timber Warriors is prepared to continue responding to emergencies. Currently, preparations are being made to mobilize to Puerto Rico in effort to help residents in ways similar to how our recent response has helped the Southeast. Timber Warriors is communicating with top climbers, groundmen and operators from the Timber Warriors Member Network regarding all necessities for mobilization to Puerto Rico. At this time, we are seeking additional information on organizations that will be requesting entrance into Puerto Rico for reasons of: tree removal from streets or property, debris removal, and minimal or emergency construction. We understand that the number one priority in Puerto Rico at this time is to continue to provide medical care, shelter, and food and water. We do not want to get in the way of these operations; instead, we want to be on standby, ready to mobilize the moment clean-up and rebuilding operations commence. If you have any information that may be relevant to Timber Warriors efforts, please contact the corporate office at 844-999-9246 or info@timberwarriors.com.
