Phil Barrett, CPCU, AIC​ - I have proudly served California's North Coast region as an Independent Adjuster since 1995. Over the years I've developed an intimate knowledge and appreciation of and for my territory. Each city, town and community has a distinctive culture as well as its own unique set of resources, (contractors, professional services, etc.), which are necessary to achieve a firm and mutually agreeable resolution to a claim. I am continually augmenting my knowledge base through education in the interest of improving the claims experience for my clients and their policyholders.
