We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle rush assignments and all after-hours calls are answered by a member of the Senior Management Team. We have the staff to be on scene shortly after being notified of any type of incident and all of our services are provided by knowledgeable and highly-trained insurance professionals who are all direct employees of Norfield Associates, Inc.
We tailor each investigation to the needs of the file, whether that be at your specific direction or completely independent based on our years of experience as we understand common-sense investigation. We also incorporate a Special Handling procedure which is custom-designed based on your specific investigation requirements and reporting that allows us to treat each client as an individual.
