At Rappaport Consulting LLC, our goal is to use our experience and industry knowledge to perform thorough fire investigations objectively and present our findings in a clear and concise manner. We are fully licensed with all relevant California regulations and also have Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) accreditation from the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI), California Conference of Arson Investigators (CCAI), National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI), and the Pro Board. When needed, we are also available to work in any location outside California to provide services.

We offer complete, unbiased, and thorough fire investigations as well as have an in-depth understanding of what it takes to be an effective communicator in a legal setting. We work closely with attorneys to provide objective case analysis and identify both the strengths and weaknesses of a client’s case. Our in-depth deposition and trial preparation leads to compelling testimony and successful outcomes.

Unlike some fire investigation firms that are only able to perform certain functions, our services are comprehensive and attend to all needs that a client may have. The majority of our work is in an expert witness role, working closely with attorneys to provide unbiased testimony and identify both the strengths and weaknesses of a client’s case. We have worked with public and private attorneys, insurance companies, and other types of legal clients.
