* WHERE...Foothills north of Cody, especially in the vicinity of
Clark.
* WHEN...The strongest winds will likely occur Tuesday morning
between 2 am and 8 AM.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for sudden strong crosswinds if
you are traveling Wyoming highways 120 or 296 late tonight and
Tuesday morning.
