* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 9 inches, highest near the lake. North
winds gusting 25 to 35 mph, highest near the lake.
* WHERE...Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties.
* WHEN...From 3 PM Saturday to 6 AM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
