COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 5 PM PST
THIS AFTERNOON for minor tidal overflow...
* WHAT...Minor Tidal overflow flooding expected.
* WHERE...South Washington Coast.
* WHEN...From noon today to 5 PM PST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level,
during high tide is expected in the low lying areas near bays,
sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Total tide at Toke Point is expected to be
11.5 ft at 2 PM Monday afternoon. A tide of this magnitude will
likely impact some fields and pastures.
