Altamaha River At Baxley affecting Appling, Tattnall, Wayne and Toombs Counties. Deens Landing and Linton Carter Landing boat ramps, picnic areas and parking lots begin to flood. At 78.0 feet, Deens Landing and Carter Linton Landing are completely flooded.
