WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING
TO 10 AM PST WEDNESDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to
15 inches. Local winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In
Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Very
strong winds could cause tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches are
expected along I-84 near Meacham.
