Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...
Salamonie River below Warren affecting Wabash, Jay, Huntington,
Blackford and Wells Counties.
...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY MONDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Salamonie River below Warren.
* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The river reaches flood stage with minor
flooding of low agricultural land and roads nearest the river.
Belleville Road and East Flowing Well Road northwest of Warren
become impassable and isolated nearby residences.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 PM EST Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 12.2 feet this evening. It will
then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 12 feet.
