Belleville Road and East Flowing Well Road northwest of Warren become impassable and isolated nearby residences. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM EST Saturday the stage was 11.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 12.2 feet this evening.
