Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 707 AM PST, CHP reported between 2 and 3 feet of water over US 395 between Lone Pine and Olancha. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... US 395 between Olancha and Lone Pine.
