FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM PST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing. * WHERE...A portion of southeast California, including the following county, Inyo. Specifically, much of the Owens Valley. * WHEN...Until 600 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 601 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. The heavy rain has ended, but flooding will continue for several hours until local drainage can remove the excess water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
