Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM PST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central California and northern California,
including the following counties, in central California, Fresno,
Kern, Madera, Mariposa and Tulare. In northern California,
Tuolumne.
* WHEN...Until 815 AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of
water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 802 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding.

Yosemite South Entrance, Oakhurst, Bodfish, Lake Isabella,
Azalea Campground, Crystal Springs Campground, Sunset
Campground, Grant Grove Visitor Center, Grant Grove, Park
Ridge, Hume Lake, Balch Power House, Big Meadows, Wishon Dam,
Lake Wishon, Fence Meadow, Dorst Creek Campground, Dinkey
Creek, Mitchell Meadow and Giant Forest.
