FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Washington. * WHEN...Until 545 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 106 PM EDT, The readings on the automated gauge on the Little Muskingum at Bloomfield River indicated the flood stage of 16 feet will be surpassed.
