The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers...
Great Miami River at Miamitown.
Scioto River at Circleville.
...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL MONDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...Until Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Backwater flooding begins along Big Darby
Creek near Circleville. Lowland flooding also occurs along Island
Road north of Circleville and Canal Road near Highway 104.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 17.3 feet Sunday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
