In south central Michigan, Clinton, Eaton, Ingham and Ionia. In southwest Michigan, Allegan, Barry, Kent and Ottawa. In west central Michigan, Muskegon. * WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Over an inch of rain is possible tonight. Total precipitation amounts since January 1 are much above normal across the area, and at some locations are near record.
