cars through flooded areas.

Menominee River near Florence affecting Florence, Dickinson and
Iron Counties.
For the Menominee River...including Twin Falls Dam-Iron Mountain,
Florence, Vulcan, Niagara, Pembine, Menominee River at White Rapids
Dam, Koss, McAllister...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Menominee River near Florence.
* WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, flood waters reach a few homes and
cottages.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early
Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
