forecast.
* WHERE...Mississippi River at Lansing.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 19.8 feet, Water from the storm sewer system covers
the 700 block of South Front Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 19.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM CDT Friday was 19.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.5
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
19.9 feet on 06/19/1880.
