* WHERE...Ouachita River At Arkadelphia.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Farmland along the river begins to flood.
Water over State Highway 7 and 51 at railroad underpass.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to flood stage
Sunday morning to a crest of 17.0 feet. It will then fall
below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.
