FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM CDT SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following areas, Brooks, Cameron Island, Coastal Cameron, Coastal Kenedy, Coastal Willacy, Inland Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Jim Hogg, Kenedy Island, Northern Hidalgo, Southern Hidalgo, Starr, Willacy Island and Zapata. * WHEN...From 1 AM CDT Saturday through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas where several feet of water could be seen in locations with the highest rainfall and rainfall rates. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
